Manage Expense Flags

Expense flags are a great way to remind yourself of some additional details about a spending transactions. View the Expense Flags list below your list of Accounts from the list on the left hand side of the Accounts page.

Assign a flag to a transaction from the transaction line. If there is something you really want to cut down on, such as morning coffee trips, you can flag all of these expenses as Wish I hadn’t. If you’re going on a business trip and you’re paying for all your expenses which will later be reimbursed to you, you can flag those as Reimbursable. You can also create your own flags by clicking Edit Flags.

 


Pro Tip! Create expense flags for the members in your family to keep track of individual spending. You can review the spending totals by clicking the flag name on the transactions ledger, or select “Spending” > “Over Time” > “For the Flag” on the Trends Page to compare expense flags.
