Q. Does HelloWallet work on mobile device browsers?

A. HelloWallet is not currently optimized for mobile browsers. Download apps for iPhone or Android to get the best HelloWallet experience on your mobile device.

   

Q. Is there an iPad app?

A. Yes. Insights by HelloWallet is a new, experimental app available exclusively on iPad. Though it is not a full version of the HelloWallet mobile application, it will access your current data to provide you new and interesting insights into your financial habits.

   

Q. Why am I asked for a sponsor code to create an account from my mobile device?

A. Most of our customer partners have sponsor codes associated with their account to make sure employees are on the correct plan. If you need assistance signing up for HelloWallet through your employer on a mobile device, please email support@hellowallet.com.

If you are an individual creating an account or do not have a sponsor code, start from our web application on your computer and then sign in to your account on your mobile device after downloading the Android or iPhone application.
