HelloWallet Browser and Mobile Compatibility
This article is to help you determine if HelloWallet is supported for your device! If it's not listed here, or listed as unsupported, that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work for you, it just means that we can't guarantee all of the functionality.
On the Web
-We test HelloWallet to run on the latest version of Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Safari. If your browser is not up to date, please update it to ensure full functionality.
-We support Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, but earlier versions will not allow you to log in based on their default security settings. If you're using IE 8, 9 or 10, you can correct this by navigating in Internet Explorer Settings to Internet Options -> Advanced, and unchecking the checkboxes for "Use TLS 1.0" and "Use TLS 1.1," and checking "Use TLS 1.2." Even after doing this, we cannot guarantee all aspects of HelloWallet will work when using Internet Explorer versions earlier than 11.
-We currently support Android versions from Lollipop (5.0) and up. Anything from KitKat (4.4) earlier is not supported and will not be available in the Google Play Store. If you have HelloWallet on a device with Jellybean or earlier, it may work, but we cannot guarantee full functionality.
-If you are unsure of which version of Android your device has, go into the Settings and tap on About Device.
-We currently support iOS versions from 9 and up. Anything prior is not supported and will not be available in the App Store. If you have HelloWallet on a device with iOS 8.0 or earlier, it may work, but we cannot guarantee full functionality.
-If you are unsure of which version of iOS your device has, go into the Settings, then tap General and look for the Version.
-There is not currently a HelloWallet app for Windows Phones.
