Bills section should be editable.
If i pay my august rent in july it doesn't show on my august payment for my "bills"

Great question! You can change the date of your transaction, and this will assign the payment to the appropriate month. If you go to the Accounts page to view all of your transactions, you can click on the transaction from this view. If you select the date, you will be able to change the date from the drop-down menu.
