There is a place to list disability insurance, and life insurance, but only one spot. In a two-earner household, it seems important to me that we should be able to account separately for each earner's insurance. After all, the insurance on the $30k/yr earner would naturally be lower than on the $60k/yr - and the benefit required is vastly different depending on which income needs to be replaced.
We typically recommend listing the total benefit of both disability/life policies.
