I have an automatic transfer setup for Christmas. How do I put it so budget recognizes it and deducts it? I have tried labeling it and it wont work.
Make sure that you have a budget item set up for the automatic transfer and that it is being categorized correctly. To create a budget category, log into your HelloWallet account and follow these steps:
1. Click +Add Budget Item at the top of the Budget
2. Select the “Edit Category” from the drop-down list
3. Enter a Planned Amount and select a Frequency
4. Set a Start Date if this budget item should occur in the future; Set an End Date if you know that this budget item has a fixed end date
5. Click +Add and the item will now appear in your Budget
