Cancelled credit card still shows amount due

I cancelled a credit card, but the accounts page still shows an amount due. I tried to "disconnect" but still leave the account in HelloWallet, and now it shows up twice. Once is a "manually tracked" so I could change the amount due to zero. The other is still showing up as if it wants to connect to the bank. How can I make the amount due go away without losing all of my historical data?
