I just set Hello Wallet up today (12/10/16) but it has pulled transactions (mostly all credit card) from as far back as May. This is significantly skewing report results. How can I delete all transactions that happened prior to setting up the account?
Unfortunately, there’s no way to exclude history at this time, but I’ll be sure to pass this idea along to our product team. In the meantime, you can try bulk-editing you transactions to categorize them correctly. Please see the article here for more information on how to do so. Another option is to utilize the transactions search bar, by typing in a keyword for several transactions, then categorizing them all. Sorry for the inconvenience here, but I hope this helps.
