For the last couple weeks, i have tried to cancel my membership by selecting Cancel Membership.
When I do so, the application just hangs with a spinning circle that never does anything.
I have received a (form) email from Hello Wallet which suggests the cancellation went through, and yet, my account is still active and I still can't cancel it.
How do I cancel my account? Can I speak with a live human?
