I have multiple accounts with a bank and recently they let me consolidate them under a single login / password for online access and management, The accounts are still separate and the balances are exactly the same. However, this change meant that the old and the new were listed in HelloWallet. I deleted the old one, thinking all of the data would carry over and show in the "new" account. However, it got rid of all historical data prior to today. Is there any way to bring this data back?
Once an account is disconnected and deleted from HelloWallet the account details and history will be permanently deleted. However, if your bank site allows you to export transaction history, you can import the transactions directly from your computer to HelloWallet.
