E-mail with Negative Balance?

Hello, I'm wanting to know why I just got an e-mail saying that I have a negative balance, when I've just opened this account, and have only made one withdrawal in branch, that is posted, for $300.
My email says that I'm -$154 but when I look on the website here it says that I'm not in the negatives and that I haven't made any transactions. What is going on? This is very stressful.
