I see instructions to hover over name and click on the Security tab to cancel. I do not see Security listed in the drop down menu. Am I hovering over the wrong location. Don't see my name anywhere else to hover over,
We’re sad to see you go! If you do not see the “Security” tab from the drop down menu. You can follow the instructions below, some users Un-enrollment process may slight differ based on the organization you enrolled to HelloWallet through.
To cancel your membership, hover over your name at the top of the application and click “Profile” from the drop-down menu. From this screen, click “Un-enroll from HelloWallet” at the bottom of the window.
We are constantly trying to improve our application so please make sure to provide your reason for leaving. Canceling your account will delete your membership with HelloWallet and will permanently delete all of your personal account information.
