account being closed?

Jan 16, 2019 01:15PM EST

I just got a notice that my free account (which I've had for years because I was an early adopter) is being shut down in the next 30 days. There was no option to convert to paid or anything other than me getting the boot. Since I've been around since long before Key Bank was involved, it seems like they would want to retain me. Since they don't, I'm wondering if the site is shutting down? Maybe I haven't been active enough? I don't get it.

"We’re writing to let you know that your free HelloWallet subscription has come to an end.

"This means that you will continue to have access to your HelloWallet account for the next 30 days, after which time your account will no longer be available and you will be unable to sign in.

"If you wish to save your HelloWallet account data, you should export and save your transaction history during this time. Instructions for exporting your data to a CSV file that is compatible with many other financial tools can be found here.

"We hope that you’ve enjoyed using HelloWallet and that you continue to find success on your path to financial wellness."
