Health Coverage Score

Apr 09, 2014 10:43PM EDT

Currently, I have over 16k in two HSA accounts. My Health Coverage score is zero out of 2 because it says I have zero in health savings. It recommends I have at least 4k in savings. I believe this is a bug since under my accounts summary these two accounts show up as health accounts and I have 4 times the recommended amount.

Is anyone else seeing this behavior in their wellness score?

It sounds like your HSAs might be designated as retirement account under your Retirement Guidance Retirement Profile. As a first step I would recommend going to Retirement Guidance > Edit your retirement profile > Retirement Accounts to verify or change which accounts are currently being counted toward your retirement savings.

If you find your HSAs aren’t checked here as retirement accounts and you are still receiving an incorrect Score, please email Support to open a ticket with our team.
