I have setup my budget and elected to "set aside" money every month. I have a transfer setup to move that money from my checking account to a savings account. How do I classify those transactions to go to that item of my budget? If I mark them as savings they fall under Everything Else budget item.
You can categorize this as a transfer – this will not count against your monthly spending, since you are just moving money from one account to another.
If you want to keep track of all of these expenses individually, you can also create a flag on the accounts page and flag all of these transfers to easily track.
