If for any reason HelloWallet loses the connection to your financial institution you will see a Fix It message next to that account name. You will need to click the Fix It message and re-enter your login credentials or answer the associated security questions for that account to re-establish the connection to HelloWallet.
Note: This process may take a few rounds before HelloWallet restores the connection to your account. If you continue to have issues fixing an account you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and our support team can help troubleshoot that issue for you.
What if you change your financial institution password?
If you change your log in credentials for your online banking institution and are not yet prompted to Fix your account, you can do so from the Edit Account screen. Click the link to Update Account Credentials and enter your new credentials to update your account.
