Why is my income in November not listed. My score has lowered as a result.
To verify your income is being correctly accounted for within your Financial Wellness score, you can navigate to the Accounts page and verify that the account your income is deposited in to is updating successfully within HelloWallet.
Next, click on the account directly and verify that your income transaction is correctly categorized as “Income” within your HelloWallet profile. This will ensure the deposit/income transaction is being counted as income within your Financial Wellness score.
