Low balance alerts ...just wrong!!!!

How come hello wallet keeps telling me I have zero dollars, low ballance alert, on a closed account?

Need to stop this practice, very disturbing

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your closed account. HelloWallet does not have the ability to determine the status of an account. As a result, your HelloWallet profile will continue to display the last updated balance even on a closed account.

To fix the issue, we ask that you login to your HelloWallet profile and disconnect or delete any closed account manually. You can follow the link below for instructions on how to complete this process.
