Adding a Chase Account

I am trying to add my Chase account, but it doesn't seem to be working. I type in my login info and it says that it's adding, then I even receive the "done" message. But when I go back to view my accounts it doesn't show my Chase account. I've added it 3 times already and keep getting the same results. Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas on a solution? I do not want to add it manually.
